Full-Stack Developer

Full-time / Remote Open

We're looking for a full-stack developer with Laravel and Vue.js/React experience to work on our proprietary products (AI Multisite, Tech Performance, RomilCar).

Requirements

  • 3+ years experience with Laravel (PHP 8+)
  • Experience with Vue.js or React
  • Knowledge of PostgreSQL/MySQL and Redis
  • Familiarity with Docker and CI/CD
  • Ability to work independently and in a remote team

Nice to have

  • Experience with multi-tenant architectures
  • TypeScript knowledge
  • Interest in AI and LLMs
  • Open-source contributions

AI/ML Engineer

We're looking for an AI engineer to work on RAG pipelines, multi-LLM orchestration and computational stylometry within our products.

Requirements

  • Experience with Python and FastAPI
  • Knowledge of LLMs (OpenAI, Anthropic, Gemini)
  • Experience with RAG and vector databases (pgvector)
  • Understanding of NLP and prompt engineering
  • Ability to reason about scalable architectures

Nice to have

  • Experience with Vision AI
  • Advanced PostgreSQL knowledge
  • Experience with embeddings and semantic search
  • Background in computational linguistics

DevOps / SysAdmin

We're looking for a DevOps/SysAdmin to manage and optimize Tech Performance infrastructure serving 40M+ visits/month.

Requirements

  • Experience with Linux server administration
  • Knowledge of Docker, Kubernetes or Proxmox
  • Experience with Ansible or similar IaC tools
  • Familiarity with Nginx and LEMP stack
  • Monitoring: Prometheus, Grafana or similar

Nice to have

  • High-performance WordPress infrastructure experience
  • Knowledge of MaxScale or DB proxies
  • Cloud certifications (AWS, GCP)
  • Experience with HA and disaster recovery
